Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
- Operator Trainee: B.Sc (Chemistry) with NCVT AO(CP) Trade OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Boiler Operator: SSC with Boiler Attendant Certificate (2nd Class) + 2 yrs exp.
- Junior Fireman: SSC + Fireman Certificate + HMV license + 1 year experience
- Nurse: HSC + GNM OR B.Sc (Nursing) + 2 yrs exp. in 20-bedded hospital
- Technician (Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechanical): Diploma in relevant branch + BOAT Training

As per the RCFL Recruitment 2025 eligibility criteria, you may be eligible for the Technician (Instrumentation) Trainee post if your 3-year diploma in Electronics covers Instrumentation-related subjects and is recognized by a government body. In most cases, a diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation or Instrumentation Engineering is required.
Since you also hold a B.Sc. degree, you may want to double-check if your specific combination qualifies for the Operator (Chemical) Trainee role — but note that B.Sc in Chemistry is usually the required subject for that position.
