  • No negative marking in the Mains Exam.

Phase III: Interview

After the Mains exam, shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview, which carries a maximum of 60 marks. To qualify, candidates must score at least 30 marks (for UR/OBC/EWS) or 27 marks (for SC/ST/PwBD). The final selection will be based on the combined marks of the Mains exam-covering Professional Knowledge, Reasoning, and General Awareness-along with the interview.

If two or more candidates secure the same marks, preference will be given first to the one with a higher educational qualification, and if that is also the same, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
