WBHRB Physicist Eligibility Criteria 2025
Applicants must meet both educational and age requirements to qualify.
Educational Qualification (as per recruitment rules):
Master’s Degree in Physics or Electronics or Biophysics from a recognized University, and
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Radiological or Medical Physics from a recognized University/Institution and
Certificate of Radiation Safety Officer from BARC or AERB
OR
M.Sc. in Medical Physics from a recognized University and
Certificate of Radiation Safety Officer from BARC or AERB.
Age Limit (as on 1st January 2025):
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC-A/OBC-B – 3 years; PwD – as per Govt. rules.
