Educational Qualification
- Degree in Law (3 or 5 years) from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks
- Postgraduate Degree in Law preferred
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 28 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
Experience
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in any of the following:
- A commercial bank/FI/NBFC
- A reputed corporate or government organization
- As a practicing advocate (relevant legal areas as specified in the notification)
Candidates should have strong legal drafting, documentation, recovery, SARFAESI, and TIR experience. Computer literacy and digital tools familiarity are mandatory.
