PGCIL Officer Trainee Salary 2025
The PGCIL Officer Trainee salary is highly attractive. During the training period, the approximate CTC is ₹11.00 Lakhs per annum, which includes a basic pay of ₹40,000/- along with IDA, HRA, and perks.
Upon successful completion of training and regularization, candidates are absorbed as Officers in the E-2 grade with a pay scale of ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 (IDA).
