The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the notification for the ICAR AIEEA (PG) and ICAR AICE JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) entrance examinations for the academic year 2025–26. The application process has commenced on May 6, 2025, and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of NTA ICAR until June 5, 2025 (5:00 PM).
These entrance tests are conducted for admission into postgraduate and doctoral degree programs in agriculture and allied sciences offered by participating Agricultural Universities (AUs) under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

Eligibility Criteria for NTA ICAR AIEEA & AICE Registration 2025
For AIEEA (PG)
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with required OGPA/percentage.
- Age Limit: Minimum 19 years as on August 31, 2025. No upper age limit.
For AICE JRF/SRF (Ph.D.)
- Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Age Limit: Minimum 20 years as on August 31, 2025. No upper age limit.

- Marking: +4 for correct, -1 for incorrect

AICE JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) 2025

- Part A: 20 questions (General Knowledge)
- Part B: 50 questions (Core Subject Group)
- Part C: 50 questions (Specialized Subject)
- Total Marks: 480
- Marking: +4 for correct, -1 for incorrect
- Medium: English
Scholarships and Fellowships
- ICAR-PG Scholarships will be awarded to meritorious AIEEA (PG) candidates based on rank and discipline-wise seat availability.
- ICAR-JRF/SRF Fellowships will be granted to Ph.D. aspirants based on performance in AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.).
- National Talent Scholarships (NTS) are also available for eligible candidates.

- Fill the Application Form and upload photograph, signature, and thumb impression in the prescribed format.
