NISST Eligibility 2025
Educational Qualification
- Technical Manager: Master’s in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 7 years of experience in steel plant.
- HR Manager: MBA in HR (Regular) with 5 years post-qualification experience in HR/Admin.
- Technical Assistant: Engineering Graduate with 2 years’ experience in Iron & Steel industry and one-year computer diploma (preferred).
Age Limit (as on 01/06/2025)
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PWD as per Govt. rules
