Candidates who appeared in the Mains Exam and Regional Language Test have now been provisionally shortlisted for the Pre-Employment Medical Examination. The recruitment process, initiated through advertisement dated 16/12/2024, offered 500 vacancies for the post of Assistant. Candidates who find their name in the final selection list must now appear for medical verification between 01 July to 03 July 2025.

Pre-Employment Medical Exam Details
Provisionally shortlisted candidates must report to the respective NIACL offices mentioned in the result notification between:
- Timing: 11:00 am to 01:00 pm and 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm
- Dates: 01 July to 03 July 2025
- Document Required: Any one original photo ID (Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)
Mandatory Documents (Original + 2 Self-Attested Sets):
- Age proof
- Educational qualification certificates
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Income & Asset certificate (EWS)
- Disability certificate & UDID card (PwBD)
- Ex-servicemen documents (Service Book, Pension Order, Proforma A/B/C/D)
- Declaration for Regional Language Test
- Any other testimonials as applicable
Important Instructions
- No TA/DA will be paid for the medical examination.
- If a candidate does not appear for medicals on the specified dates, it will be treated as voluntary withdrawal.
- Any false or incomplete information will lead to cancellation of candidature, even after appointment.
- Final appointment is subject to passing the medical exam and document verification.
