- JE – Diploma or BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline
- Plant Assistant – 10th pass with ITI in relevant trade
- Office/Store Assistant – 12th pass + 1-year computer diploma + CPCT score
- Fireman – 10th pass + fire training
- Security Guard – 12th pass + 2 years’ relevant experience
- Ward Aya/Ward Boy – 8th pass
Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025):
- Class II & III Posts: 18–40 years
- Security Officer & Guard: Up to 33 years
- Age relaxations as per MP Government rules
