Educational Qualification & Experience
Assistant Manager/Electrical
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks from AICTE-recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in Electrical Construction, Procurement, Installation, O&M in Railways/Metro/Power sector.
- Experience in Traction Distribution (TRD) is preferred.
Executive/Civil
- Full-time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- 2 years post-qualification experience in execution of Highway or Railway Track projects in CPSEs (with ₹1000 crore turnover in FY 2023–24 or 2024–25).

IRCON Selection Process 2025
- The selection process may include a Written Exam and/or Interview.
- If applications exceed 100, shortlisting will be done using a scoring formula (based on marks and experience).
Shortlisting Weightage:
- Educational Qualification: up to 20 marks
- Post-Qualification Experience: up to 80 marks
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews in a 1:15 ratio.
