The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the result date for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) examinations conducted in May 2025. As per the official notification released on June 30, 2025, the results of the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation exams will be declared on July 6, 2025.

ICAI Result 2025: Exam-Wise Result Timings
The ICAI has confirmed the specific result announcement times for each of the three levels:
- CA Final and Intermediate: Results will be available around 2:00 PM on July 6, 2025
- CA Foundation: Results will be declared around 5:00 PM on the same day
To check their results, students will need to enter their Roll Number along with their Registration Number on the result portal.

ICAI May 2025 Exam Overview
The CA examinations were held in May 2025. The schedule was as follows:
- CA Intermediate Group 1: May 3, 5, and 7
- CA Intermediate Group 2: May 9, 11, and 14
- CA Final Group 1: May 2, 4, and 6
- CA Final Group 2: May 8, 10, and 13
Due to geopolitical tensions, the exams scheduled from May 9 to 14 were postponed and rescheduled accordingly. Despite the disruptions, the exams concluded smoothly, and the evaluation process has now been completed.

To view and download the CA Final, Intermediate, or Foundation result, follow these steps:
- Visit the official result website — icai.nic.in
- Click on the relevant result link — “CA Final/Intermediate/Foundation May 2025 Result”
- Enter your Roll Number and Registration Number
- Submit the details
- Your result will be displayed on the screen showing:
- Subject-wise marks
- Total score
- Pass/fail status
- Download and print the scorecard for future use

ICAI CA Result 2025: Passing Criteria
To be declared as passed in the CA exams, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Minimum 40% marks in each subject
- Minimum 50% aggregate in each group
Candidates who clear both groups in the CA Final exam become eligible to apply for ICAI membership and can participate in campus placements.
