HP JBT Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have:
10+2 with at least 50% marks and 2-year JBT/D.El.Ed. from HPBOSE or recognized institution
OR
10+2 with 45% marks and 2-year JBT/D.El.Ed. (as per NCTE 2002 norms)
OR
Senior Secondary with 50% and 4-year B.El.Ed.
OR
Graduation and 2-year JBT/D.El.Ed.
OR
Postgraduate with 55% marks and integrated 3-year B.Ed-M.Ed.
And
Must have passed TET conducted by HPBOSE or authorized agency.
Relaxation of 5% in marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
Additional Condition
Candidate must have passed Matric and 10+2 from a school/institute situated in Himachal Pradesh (not applicable to Bonafide Himachalis).
