The selected candidates will be appointed on a fixed-term contractual basis for 3 years with the following package:

DMRC Technician Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
Document Verification
- Original certificates and photocopies must be submitted.
Screening Test
- Includes Tamil language proficiency test (reading, writing & speaking).
- Candidates who studied Tamil as a subject in Class 10 are exempted from this test.
Medical Fitness Test
- Candidates must meet the medical standards prescribed by DMRC.
- Candidates who have undergone LASIK surgery are not eligible for the Technician post.
Final Empanelment
- Candidates found suitable will be empaneled for two years from the date of approval by the competent authority.
