CSL Fireman Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
- Pass in Class X (10th Standard)
- Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving Licence
Fire Safety Training (Any one of the following):
- 4–6 months training in Fire Fighting from State Fire Force / PSU / Govt. recognized institute
OR - Certificate in Nuclear Biological Chemical Defence and Damage Control (NBCD) from Armed Forces/Recognized Institution
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting.
Age Limit (as on 23rd May 2025)
Maximum Age: 30 years (born on or after 24th May 1995)
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. rules (maximum age after relaxation should not exceed 45 years)
CSL Fireman Salary 2025
Selected candidates will receive the following consolidated pay and extra compensation for additional working hours:

The selection process includes:
