Educational Qualification
- Passed Senior Secondary Part-II (12th) with Science or equivalent.
- Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) from recognized institution.
- OR Passed Matric with Science and completed MPHW (Male) course before the rule publication date.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 37 years
Age relaxation:
- SC/BC: 5 years
- PwD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per service rules
- Govt Employees/ Widows/ Divorcees: Up to 45/40 years (as applicable)

The selection will be based on a total of 100 marks:
