BEML Limited has announced new job openings for HR professionals. The company is hiring for Officer and Assistant Manager positions in the Human Resources department.. There are two specific roles advertised under the notification.
The first is for HR professionals with expertise in SAP and Performance Management Systems (PMS), while the second is for general HR functions.
BEML Officer and Assistant Manager Eligibility
For the SAP/PMS role, candidates are required to possess a full-time two-year postgraduate qualification such as MBA in HR, MSW, PGDM in HR, or MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, with at least 60% marks in both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. Additionally, certifications in SAP HCM or HANA are considered an asset, and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau adds value to the profile.
Applicants for the general HR position must also hold a similar postgraduate qualification with a specialization in HR or Industrial Relations and should have a sound understanding of labor laws. A degree in law is not mandatory but is desirable. For both roles, candidates must have relevant post-qualification experience—two years for Officer (Grade II) and four years for Assistant Manager (Grade III).

BEML Officer and Assistant Manager Salary & Benefits
The positions offer competitive remuneration aligned with the company’s executive pay structure. Officers will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000, while Assistant Managers will be compensated within the bracket of ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000. In addition to the basic salary, employees will receive Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA), a cafeteria-based perquisites package amounting to nearly 13.78% of the basic pay, housing support or house rent allowance, and performance-related pay.

The selection process includes application scrutiny, assessment, and a pre-employment medical examination. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email, and final appointments will be made subject to document verification and meeting medical standards.
