BEML Limited, a leading multi-technology company under the Ministry of Defence, has invited online applications from ambitious and career-oriented professionals to join as Management Trainees (Grade-II). Training, Salary & Service Bond
- Training Period: 1 year
- Stipend/Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 (Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month) + allowances, DA, HRA/Company Accommodation, PF, Gratuity, and PRP.
- Absorption: On successful completion, MTs will be absorbed as Officer (Grade-II) with one increment.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must serve BEML for 4 years (including training). A security deposit of ₹2,00,000 (recovered in installments) will apply.
