All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Kalyani has invited eligible MBBS graduates to attend walk-in interviews for the recruitment of 200 Junior Resident (Non-Academic) positions.
The tenure of appointment will be six months and purely on a temporary basis. The recruitment aims to strengthen patient care services at the newly established AIIMS Kalyani under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

AIIMS Kalyani has officially announced the Junior Resident (Non-Academic) recruitment for 2025 through a walk-in interview process. A total of 200 vacancies have been declared across various departments, and candidates possessing an MBBS degree and meeting all eligibility conditions are encouraged to apply. The interview is scheduled to be conducted on June 27, 2025, and may extend up to June 28, 2025, if needed.

AIIMS Kalyani JR Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
- MBBS from a National Medical Commission (NMC) recognized institution.
- Must have completed compulsory internship and registered with any State Medical Council.
- Must have passed MBBS (including internship) not earlier than 18 March 2022.
- Candidates who have already done 2 terms of Junior Residency are not eligible.
Age Limit
- Maximum: 33 years as on the date of notification.
- Age relaxation: 10 years for PwD candidates and as per DoPT norms for other categories.
AIIMS Kalyani Junior Resident Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be based solely on performance in the walk-in interview.
Candidates must bring the filled application form along with all required documents for verification before the interview. No written test will be conducted.

- Candidates must report by 10:00 AM. Latecomers will not be allowed.
- The interview may extend to 28 June 2025 depending on the number of candidates.
AIIMS Kalyani Junior Resident Recruitment 2025 Salary 2025
Selected candidates will be appointed at Level-10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with a basic pay scale of ₹15,600 – ₹39,100 plus Grade Pay of ₹5,400 and NPA (Non-Practicing Allowance) for medical graduates.
