EMRS PGT Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2025
EMRS PGT Exam 2025 will be conducted into two separate stages known as Tier I and Tier II by the Exam conducting Authority (NESTS). The First Stage of Exam is Tier I, which is nothing but a Screening Test whose main purpose is to filter out the most suitable PGT candidates for the next part of the Exam called Tier II. The marks you will obtain in the Tier I Exam will not be calculated in the final merit list. Though it is qualifying in nature, you still need to qualify for the exam so that you can take the main exam (Tier II).
Tire II is the second stage of the selection process, where your subject-specific knowledge will be tested. It is basically a combination of an objective and Descriptive written test whose marks will be considered as the main marks for making the final merit list. So, you have to pay full attention to both stages of the exam proportionately.
