Eligibility Criteria for Serampore College Admission 2021 |
Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2 ) or its equivalent examination are eligible to seek admission to the First Semester of the Six Semester B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (Honours and General) The course of studies provided he/she has also passed in English has full marks not being less than 100.
Eligibility Criteriaa) A candidate taking up Honours Course in a subject must have obtained: A minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate and 45% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination. b) However, candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe Community taking up Honours Course of study must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate and 40% marks in the subject or related subjects at the previous qualifying examination, as the case may be. |

1. Original Marksheet of H.S. or equivalent examination. (JPEG format, max size 150 KB, resolution 150 DPI).
2. Original Age Proof – Original admit card/ certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination or Birth Certificate ( JPEG format, max size 150 KB, resolution 150 DPI).
3. Photograph – in JPEG format, max size 50 KB resolution 100 DPI.
4. Signature – in JPEG format, max size 50 KB resolution 100 DPI.
5. Migration certificate for Boards other than WBCHSE, WBBME, CISCE, CBSE, NIOS, Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya. ( JPEG format, max size 100 KB, resolution 100 DPI).
6. For SC/ST, OBC–A, OBC-B candidates – Original caste certificate from appropriate authority with a photocopy as per West Bengal Domicile Act (JPEG format, max size 100 KB, resolution 100 DPI).

Serampore College is going to publish the Merit List soon. After the closing of the application procedure, Serampore College is going to publish the provisional merit list. It’s more of a cut-off score based on the marks you have got in the Higher Secondary Examination (HS). Candidates are hereby notified that they can get the merit list and counseling-related details from here. Serampore College is going to publish the Subject wise Serampore College Merit list 2021. As we all know they will publish the 1st Merit List. Students, who will not found their name in the First Provisional must wait for the 2nd, 3rd Merit List soon (tentative).
