Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

  • Must have passed 10th and 12th Grade from a recognized board.
  • OR Maulvi Certificate / 2-year ITI Certificate.
  • OR 3-year Polytechnic Diploma.
  • Essential Skills: Proficiency in Hindi & English Shorthand, Typing on Computer, and Basic Word Processing.

2. Age Limit (as on 01/08/2025):

  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 37 years for UR (Men)
  • Age Relaxation:
    • UR Women / BC / EBC: Up to 40 years
    • SC / ST: Up to 42 years
    • Govt. Employees: +5 years
    • PwD: +10 years

  • Shorthand: 80 words per minute (4 minutes).
  • Typing: 30 words per minute (10 minutes).

3. Merit List:

  • Prepared based on written exam marks + bonus marks for past experience.

Salary

Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 4 with a salary range of ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 per month, plus other allowances as per Bihar Government rules.
