SAIL SSP Selection Process 2025
The selection process varies by post:
- For Assistant Manager (Safety): Online Test (CBT) followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates. The final merit will be based on 80% weightage for CBT and 20% for the interview.
- For Jr. Engineering Associate (Boiler Operation): Online Test (CBT) followed by a Qualifying Skill/Trade Test. The final selection will be based on the CBT score alone.
