ICAI CA September 2025 Registration Begins: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially begun the online application process for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) September 2025 session. This includes the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final level examinations.
Eligible candidates can submit their application forms through the Self Service Portal (SSP) at eservices.icai.org by July 18, 2025, without paying any late fee. The facility to apply with a late fee will remain open until July 21, 2025. A correction window will be available from July 22 to July 24, 2025, during which candidates can edit certain fields in their submitted forms.
ICAI CA September 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Foundation Course
Candidates must be registered in the Foundation course on or before May 1, 2025.
They must have either:
- Appeared in Class 12 Board Examination from a recognized board (and uploaded the admit card), or
- Passed Class 12 (and uploaded the marksheet).
Conversion from CPT to Foundation must be completed (codes: NEWFND23 or CONFND23).
Intermediate Course
- Candidates must have completed 8 months of study period as of September 1, 2025, i.e., registered on or before January 1, 2025.
- Conversion to the new scheme (codes: NEWINT23 or CONINT23) is mandatory if enrolled under older curriculum.
Final Course
Candidates must be registered under the Final New Course (codes: NEWFIN23 or CONFIN23).
Articleship training requirements:
- Must have completed, or be due to complete, 3 or 3½ years of articled training on or before August 31, 2025, OR
- Must be serving the last 6 or 12 months of training as of September 1, 2025, depending on the stream (PE-II, PCC, or IPCC).
Completion of Advanced ICITSS is mandatory on or before August 10, 2025.
Candidates may also need to qualify the Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM) depending on their admission and exam history.

Steps to Apply for ICAI CA September 2025
- Visit the ICAI Self Service Portal: eservices.icai.org
- Register or log in with valid credentials.
- Ensure eligibility, course registration, and required documents (like updated photo and signature).
- Fill in the examination form for your respective level.
- Pay the applicable fee.
- Submit the form and take a printout for your records.
