Educational Qualification
- First Class M.Sc. with minimum 60% marks
- Post M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological Physics from BARC, Mumbai
- Must be a Qualified Radiological Safety Officer (RSO) certified by RP&AD, BARC
Age Limit (as on 31st May 2025)
- Upper Age Limit: 27 years
Relaxation: PwD – 10 years, J&K domiciled (1980–1989) – 5 years, Ex-Servicemen – as per rules

ECIL Trainee Officer Selection Process 2025
The selection will be done in two stages:
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Mode: Online (Hyderabad)
- Type: Multiple Choice
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Total Questions: 100
- Marking: +1 per correct, –0.25 per wrong
- Language: English & Hindi
2. Personal Interview
- Shortlisted candidates (1:4 ratio) will be called for the interview
- Final merit will be based on CBT (85%) + Interview (15%)
