PNGRB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
A. Candidates from Public Sector
- Post Name: Principal Private Secretary
- Education: Candidates should be holding a post in CPSE/State PSU or Autonomous Bodies equivalent to the post in Level-8 of the pay matrix (Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100), or have five years of experience in Level-7 of the pay matrix (Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400) on a regular basis.
B. Candidates from Private Sector
- Post Name: Principal Private Secretary
- Education: Graduate Degree from a recognized University with proficiency in shorthand and experience as a Stenographer/Private Secretary/PPS with senior officers (Directors/Executive Directors) in PSUs/Private sectors.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years post-qualification.
- Salary: Annual CTC of at least Rs. 5.5 lakh.
Age Limit: The maximum age for appointment on deputation should not exceed 56 years as of the closing date (21 March 2025).
