Eligibility Criteria for WB ANM Nursing Training Course 2016
Educational Qualification:- Candidates should have completed their Higher Secondary Examination (12th / HS) Standard from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or passed its equivalent from any recognized Council / Board. The applications of Candidates from Vocation Stream will not be considered.
Essential Qualification:- Candidates must be a citizen of Indian and a permanent resident of the district of West Bengal (from where the candidates applies) uninterruptedly for at least five years preceding the date of submission of application and Candidates must be able to read, wirte and express in Bengali / Nepali.
Age Limit:- Candidates age shoud be between 17 years to 30 years as on 01/01/2016.
Selection Procedure:- Candidates will be selected strictly on the basis of total marks obtained in compulory subjects (Languages out of which English must be one and their Elective subjects (best three) except Environmental Studies] in the H.S. (12th) or its equivalent examination. Selection is subject to verification of mark-sheet from H.S. Council / Concerned authority.
How to Apply for WB ANM Nursing Training Course 2016
Willing and Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed application form. Application must be sent only by Registered Post with A.D. / Speed Post / Courier. Last date of receiving applications by the respective board / instition is 31/08/2016. No application will be entertained if not sent by registered Post / Speed Post / Courier or reaches the office after scheduled date.

Applications must be accompanied by Original/Self-attested photocopies of each of the following documents:-
a. Self-attested photo copy of Mark-sheet of H.S. Examination or equivalent examination.
b. Age proof certificate – self attested photocopy of Admit Card or Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent exam.
c. Original Copy of the Residential Certificate as prescribed below in the item No.17.
d. Self attested photocopy of Candidate’s own Caste Certificate.
f. One recent colour Self-signed passport size photograph which is to be affixed on the top right hand corner of the application form.
g. One self addressed envelope with requisite postal stamps pasted on the proper place.
