Educational Qualification:- Secondary or its equivalent with 2 years certificate course of dental hygienist/dental mechanic recognized by Dental Council of India or from Institute recognized by Government.
Age:- Minimum 18 Years – Maximum 40 Years.

(ii) EWS/ EBC/ OBC: Rs. 350/-
(iii) SC/ ST whose family income is Less than 2.50 lakhs: Rs. 250/-
