Eligibility Criteria for North Bengal Development Department (NBDD) DEO & Engineer Recruitment 2016

Age Limit & Its Relaxation:
Candidates Age should be less than 40 Years as on 01.01.2016. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for Reserved Category as per Government norms.

Educational Qualification:
(a) For the Post of Non-Technical Category (DEO): Candidates should be a Graduate in any discipline from recognized University or Institution with Proficiency in Computer Operation (MS Office).

(b) For the Post of Technical Category:
(i) For the Post of Assistant Engineer: Candidates should possess BE or B.Tech Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 60% or above marks.
(ii) For the Post of Sub-Assistant Engineer: Candidates should possess Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 60% or above marks.

Terms & Conditions Regarding NBDD Recruitment 2016 – 25 DEO & Assistant Engineer Posts

Selection Process:
Selection of the Candidates will be based on Written Examination, Computer Test followed by Personal Interview.

Compensation Package:
Selected candidates will be placed in a Consolidated Per month salary package as follows –
(a) For the Post of Data Entry Operator (DEO)- Rs. 11,500/-
(b) For the Post of Assistant Engineer- Rs. 28,000/-
(c) For the Post of Sub-Assistant Engineer- 25,000/-
