Age:- (i) OM/ In service candidate : 40 Years
(ii) PHC : 42 Years
(iii) RBA/SC/ST/EWS : 43 Years

Pay Scale:- Rs.15,600 – 39,100/- + AGP Rs.6000 pre-revised

Fee:- (a) General Candidates – Rs.1000.00/-
(b) Reserved Candidates – Rs.500.00/-
