Educational Qualification
Science Stream: Candidates must have passed Intermediate/10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English from a recognized board with at least 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English. OR completed a three-year Engineering Diploma in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, or IT with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English (either in the diploma course or in Matric/Intermediate). OR passed a two-year vocational course that includes Physics and Mathematics with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
Other Than Science Stream: Candidates should have passed Intermediate/10+2 in any stream from a recognized board with a minimum 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English. OR completed a two-year vocational course with at least 50% marks in total and 50% marks in English.
Required Sports Achievements
Applicants must satisfy at least one of the following sports achievement criteria:
International Level: Candidates should have represented India in Junior or Senior International competitions recognized by the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) in the listed sports disciplines.
National Level: Secured minimum 5th position in Junior National Championships, or represented their State/Union Territory in Senior National Championships, or participated in All India Inter-University competitions, or SAI Khelo India National events.
Team Events: Candidates must have represented their State/UT in Junior or Senior National Championships or in the All India Inter-University Championship.
Discipline-Specific Requirements
Cricket: Candidates must have played in All India Inter-University tournaments or BCCI competitions such as U-19, U-23, Ranji Trophy, Duleep Trophy, Deodhar Trophy, or higher-level tournaments.
Shooting: Applicants should have won a medal/participated at the international level or achieved a National ranking (NSCC) within the top 50 in the specified shooting events.
