Educational Qualification:- 1) Officer – Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University,
Basic knowledge of computer applications.
2) Sr. Officer – Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University,
Basic knowledge of computer applications.
3) Sr. Officer (HR) – i) Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University and Two years of full-time Master’s degrees with a specialization in HR.
4) Sr. Officer (Compliance) – i) Semi qualified Company Secretary (Executive).
ii) Basic knowledge of computer applications must.
Age:- Minimum age is 21 years and Maximum age is 35 years.
Age Relaxation:-
i) SC/ ST Candidates – 5 years
ii) OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates – 3 years
iii) PWD Candidates – 10 years
Pay Scale:- a) Officer CTC: Rs. 3.60 lakh p.a. Additional (Rs. 30,000/- p.a. over 1-year experience subject to maximum CTC Rs. 4,20,000/- p.a.)
b) Sr. Officer: CTC Rs. 4.00 lakh p.a. Additional (Rs.30,000/- p.a. over 2 years’ experience subject to maximum CTC Rs.4,60,000/-p.a.)
Fee:- (I) General Candidates – Rs.500/-
(II) SC/ST/OBC/EWS Candidates – Rs.200/-
