Border Security Force Recruitment 2023
Educational Qualification:- Pass in Intermediate or 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with aggregate 60% marks in Physics Chemistry Math subjects.
OR
Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized Board and two years ITI Certificate in relevant trade.
Age:- (i) UR: Not below 18 years or over 25 years
(ii) OBC: Not below 18 years or over 28 years
(iii) SC/ST: Not below 18 years or over 30 years
Pay Scale:- Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500/-
Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET):-
(1) For Male –
(a) 1.6 Km race in 6 1/2 Minutes
(b) Long Jump-11 Feet in three chances
(c) High Jump-3 1/2 Feet in three chance
(2) For Female –
(a) 800 Mtrs race in 4 minutes.
(b) 09 Feet Long Jump in three chances
(c) 3 Feet High Jump in three chances
Fee:- (a) General (UR)/EWS & OBC : Rs.100/-
(b) SC, ST & Ex-servicemen : No Fee
Detailed Medical Examination:- All the Male/Female candidates, qualified in the Frist and Second Phase will be allowed to appear in Detailed Medical Examination. The validity of medical examination willbe for One year. Medical Examination shall be carried out by a duly constituted BSF Medical Board of Officers.
Selection Process:- Written Examination, PST, PET, Documentation & Medical Examination.
