Essential Educational Qualification for Bikash Bhaban Scholarship 2018
Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship OR Bikash Bhaban Scholarship will be provided to the students belonging from different Educational Level…
1. WB Directorate of School Education: Those candidates who have completed their Higher Secondary or 10+2 standard from WBCHSE Board with 75% marks, they are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
2. WB Directorate of Technical Education: Those candidates who have completed their Under Graduation Trade like B.Sc, B.Tech and Post Graduation Trade like M.B.A, M.C.A, M.E, M.Tech, they can also apply for this scholarship.
3. Diploma (Polytechnic) Standard: Students who have completed their Diploma with overall 75% marks, they are eligible for the scholarship.
4. Under Graduation Standard: Candidates who have completed their Higher Secondary Standard with 75% marks and also going to take admission in 1st year of Graduation Standard, they can apply for the scholarship.
5. Post Graduation Standard: Students who have got 55% marks in overall at Graduation Standard Examination and going to take admission in Post Graduation Standard, they are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Bikash Bhaban Scholarship Amount 2018
1. Diploma Level: In Case of Diploma Students, Selected or Listed Students will be able to receive Rs. 750/- Per Month as the Scholarship.
2. Under Graduation Level: For Under Graduation Level, Students will be able to receive Rs. 750/- to 1500/- Per Month
2. Under Graduation Standard: Under Graduation Level Students will get Rs. 750/- to Rs. 1500/- per month from the State Government of West Bengal.
3. Post Graduation Standard: Rs. 1200/- to Rs. 1400/- will be given to each and every selected Post Graduation Level Students per month.
Necessary Documents need to submit with Application Form
Students who are going to apply for the scholarship in this year, they have to submit their Mark sheet xerox, Residential Proof certificate, Income Certificate, Affidavit of Income Certificate, Two Passport Size color Photo and xerox of first page of their Bank Account with their Application Form.
How To Apply for Bikash Bhaban Scholarship 2018 – Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship
Steps to be followed to apply online for Bikash Bhavan Scholarship or Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship
Step 1: Open the Home Page of Bikash Bhavan or Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship Website from any browser and click on Register Here under Sign In for Scholarship Section. I Strongly Recommend Candidates should use Google Chrome browser for Better Performance.
Step 2: Before you proceed for registration, Download the guidelines by clicking on Download Guidelines button and also read the Instruction given the page. After that candidates need to click on the checkbox to agree terms and then Proceed for Registration.
Step 3: Choose appropriate Directorate and the click on Apply for Fresh application or Apply for Renewal Application or Apply for Kanyashree Prakalpa (Applicable for DPI only).
Step 4: Online Registration:
For Fresh Application: For Fresh Application, Applicants should carefully fill up the Registration form after that Click on Register button.
For Renewal Application: For Renewal of previous Application, Candidates Bank Details are required on which previous year Scholarship was sanctioned and after that fill up the Registration form and click on Register button.
For Kanyashree Application: For Kanyashree Application, Candidates first Authenticate previous Kanyashree Details and then proceed to Registration Form.
Step 5: After Successful Registration, an Applicant ID will be generated. Candidates carefully Note down the ID for subsequent login to complete rest of the Application Process and also for future use.
Step 6: Now Candidates need to login by Entering the generated Applicant ID and Password (which was entered during the registration process) and Captcha in the Sign In for Scholarship section in the Home Page.
Step 7: After successful login, Dashboard of the concerned Applicant will be appeared. Click on Edit Profile or Edit Application to continue the application process.
Step 8: First fill up the Basic Details form and then click on Save & Continue button. Star Marked fields are mandatory fields. While uploading Image and Signature please maintain the File Format and File Size as mentioned in the form.
Step 9: After Successful Submission of Basic Details form, Personal Details form will be appeared. Fill up the form and then click on Save & Continue button. Star marked fields are mandatory fields.
For Kanyashree: Kanyashree Applicant may change her bank details, if she wants to. For that case, she has to select a reason for it from the given list. If she selects ‘Others’, then she has to mention the reason by herself.
Step 10: After successful submission of Personal Details form, Scaned Supporting Documents form will be appeared. Upload all the necessary documents as required and then click on Submit Application button. While uploading the documents, please maintain the File Format and File Size as instructed in the form.
Step 11: After successful submission of the Application, a success message regarding the submission will be displayed. Candidates can download the Application details by clicking on the Download Application Details button. Click on Finalize Application button to finalize the application.
>> Please Note that, once an application is finalized, it cannot be edited anymore.
Step 12: After finalization, a page regarding Head of the Institution Verification Certificate upload will be appeared. At first, click on Download Head of the institution Verification Certificate button to download the Certificate. Then get the certificate attested with signature and official Seal of concerned Head of the Institution. After that upload the scanned copy of the attested certificate and click on Final Submission of Scholarship Application button for final submission of the application.
. After final submission, a success message regarding successful submission of the application will be displayed.
>> To view the Profile / Application, click on View Profile option in Dahboard or click on View Application option under Application Details tab in Menu area.
>> To change Profile Password, Click on Reset Password option under Setting tab in Menu area. First enter the Existing Password, then New Password, New Password, New Password again for confirmation and Captcha. After that click on Update Password button.
