CEC Recruitment 2017 – Lower Division Clerk, Stenographer & Technician Posts: CEC (Consortium for Educational Communication) has released a recruitment notification to recruit some Lower Division Clerk, Stenographer & Technician on direct base. Candidates have to fill up their Application Form applying the Official Prescribed Format. They have to send their Application Form with all the necessary documents to the Office Address within 10th July, 2017. The Department is offering a good amount of salary.
